Made to Order products are not eligible for exchange.

Any item placed for exchange or store credit will take 10-12 business days to be processed.

If you have received a damage or wrong product, please WhatsApp us immediately on +917974990736 with a video of the package being opened ensure the defective item is clearly shown in the video, submit the video within 2 days of delivery for assistance with an exchange or replacement.

Cancellations and Exchanges

What is the Exchange policy on Meeka?

  • As a company policy, we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).
  • If the product is eligible for size exchange, you may WhatsApp on our customer care number at +91 7974990736 or write to us at meekaindia@gmail.com strictly within 48 hours of delivery to request exchange.
  • Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with their signature and mobile number. Meeka will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
  • We only do size exchange once for all orders; items once sold are not taken back.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (we do not have a reverse pickup facility), as any returned item not received by Meeka will be treated as not returned.
  • Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Meeka at the following address:

  • Purchases made during sales are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.
  • For exchange, please inform us within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you.
  • Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, are eligible for exchange.
  • Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed.
  • Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size).
  • The cost of shipping to and from (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by the customer.

Can I exchange a part of my order?

Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges or alterations, subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available, we will offer you the option to get a credit note to buy something else. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Why is my exchange not accepted?

We endeavour to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

  • Exchange/Return not accepted if the customer does not like the material or colour of the dress. We suggest that the customer should read the product description and have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
  • A 10-12% colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights; please do not expect an exchange or return for the same.
  • Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
  • All the sale, discounted, purchases made with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
